- Pay by bank transfer (direct credit). Our bank details are on every invoice. Payment is due within 7 days.
- GST (15%) is added to every invoice.
- First invoice on go-live day, not before. You pay nothing while we build.
The terms, in plain words
24-month minimum term
Starts the day your website goes live. Your build and set-up are covered over the term, which is why there is no build fee.
Then 12 months at a time
After 24 months your plan renews for 12 months at a time. To stop, give us written notice (an email is fine) at least 30 days before the renewal date.
A reminder before every renewal
We email you 60 days before each renewal date with your next price, so it is never a surprise.
Price fixed for 24 months
Any price change can only start at a renewal and is shown in your 60-day reminder.
Change plans
Move up any time and pay the difference for the rest of the current 6 months. Move down at a renewal.
What is yours
Your business name, words, logo and photos are always yours. Unused monthly changes do not carry over.
You receive the full written agreement to read before you sign anything.
Extras
Only if you want them. We always quote first, and nothing is charged without your yes. All prices plus GST.

Questions
How much does a small business website cost per month?
With Website Rental it is $59 (Bronze), $109 (Silver) or $189 (Gold) a month plus GST. There is no build fee. You are invoiced every 6 months in advance.
Is there an up-front cost?
No build fee and no set-up fee. Your first 6-monthly invoice is sent when your website goes live.
What is the minimum term?
24 months from the day your website goes live. After that it renews for 12 months at a time unless you give us 30 days' written notice before the renewal date. We email you a reminder 60 days before.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer (direct credit). We email an invoice every 6 months, in advance, with our bank details on it. Payment is due within 7 days. GST is added to every invoice.
Will the price go up?
Your price is fixed for the first 24 months. Any change can only start at a renewal, and we tell you in the 60-day reminder, so you can decide.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Everything in your plan is included. Extras are listed with their prices below, we always quote first, and nothing is charged without your yes.
Do I need to meet you to get started?
No. It can all be done by email, phone or video call. You send us a few details, we build your site and send you a preview link to approve.
Do I have to write the words?
No. We write them, you check and approve them. Nothing goes live without your OK.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Move up a plan at any time and pay the difference for the rest of the current 6 months. You can move down at a renewal.
What if I want to leave early?
The minimum term is 24 months, so the remaining months of that term are still payable. This is written clearly in your agreement.
Who owns what?
Your business name, words, logo and photos are always yours. The website platform and design stay with us. What happens to your web address at the end of your plan is written in your agreement before you sign.
